Sometimes the end-product of a line of research is not a series of reports, but a completed genealogy based on sound conclusions. The genealogy does not examine all the avenues of research as discussed in reports. It takes the results of that research and presents each individual in a biographical narrative using an approved genealogical numbering system. It also may include exhibits that document the records discovered and gives as complete a portrait of each person as possible.
Production of all work products is in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. If a client wishes, information may be added to their family tree on the Internet. Particular attention is paid to page arrangement with chapters and subchapters covering text, sources, and exhibits.
A sample chapter from The Marsh and Sweat Family of East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana can be viewed here. Because of the file size, only part of the exhibits are included.
